As of May 25, 2018, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data – Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, which establishes the rules on the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons and which applies directly to all entities that process such data in any member state of the European Union, namely Portugal.

The purpose of this communication is to inform you of the new rules applicable to the processing of your personal data, your rights and how you can manage your consent directly and easily. Within the scope and for the purposes of the services we provide you, Gademo, Lda., insofar as it determines the means of processing and the purposes, is the entity responsible for processing your personal data and ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the law and the new Regulation.

Our records include data that has been obtained throughout the contractual relationship you have established with us and following the various interactions carried out with Gademo, Lda.
If you wish to keep your data and information that Gademo, Lda. has registered, you won’t have to do anything.

In addition to the situations in which we process data to comply with legal requirements, we process your data for the following purposes:

• Provision of Services – Whenever necessary, we lend you our services.
• Marketing / Commercial Purposes: Your personal data, address and profile are also processed for marketing purposes or to publicize offers of goods and services from Gademo, Lda.

Gademo, Lda. will keep your personal data for the period necessary for the provision of Gademo, Lda. services, and for judicial and regulatory authorities, for the purpose of complying with legal requirements.
At any time you have the right to access your personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contract and the Regulation, to change it, oppose its processing, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided for by law. If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, in the event of a breach of your personal data, and you can lodge complaints with the authorities.

We ensure the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. We have taken personal technical and organizational measures to comply with the Regulation, ensuring that the processing of your personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to authorized purposes.
We have adopted the measures we consider appropriate to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, as well as all the other rights you have.

Information for Business Customers

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that, with regard to the processing of personal data, Gademo, Lda. complies with the provisions of the data protection legislation in force at any given time, in particular those arising from the aforementioned Regulation. With regard to the personal data of service users, account administrators and representatives, as well as where a sole proprietor is involved, in particular in terms of the identity and contracts of the data controller, the provisions of the “Information for Private Customers” document shall apply mutatis mutandis.
